Intranets

Sharing information, whether among employees, subsidiaries or with business partners, is the cornerstone of a good and flexible organisation. Such information sharing systems may be established using either our standard WebToDate publishing system, or, should specific needs arise, through a custom solution.

WebToDate as an intranet management system is typically used whenever a limited group of employees manages the content (documents, calendars, structured databases etc.) aimed at various target groups of employees. Target groups may be given the possibility to create feedback, add comments to documents, contribute to discussion forums, a help desk, feedback polls etc.

If a more collaborative solution is required enabling all employees to participate in the editing and publication of information, or where a specialised application is needed, we prefer to provide a custom solution suited to the client's needs.
