Data Collection and Document Management

Establishing a user-friendly way of entering data into web-based systems has a positive influence on data quality as well as the success rate of its collection. We are often confronted with data collection challenges in our projects. We use Adobe PDF technology in addressing these situations, and, for larger projects, Adobe LiveCycle for processing and management of the documents and forms acquired. Data can thus be processed in an advanced and robust way and, above all, the data flow and lifecycle of the forms and templates can be controlled. On the client side, a user-friendly environment can thus be developed with support for many channels:

• Online using a web browser
• Offline/online form completion in a local application
• PDF form completed offline, sent by e-mail
• PDF form with data as 3D bar code that may be printed and faxed or mailed.
